Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons witch hazel
  • 2 tablespoons distilled water
  • 1 tablespoon carrier oil (such as jojoba oil or almond oil)
  • 20 drops citronella essential oil

  • 10 drops lavender essential oil (optional, for a calming effect)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the witch hazel and distilled water.
  2. Add the carrier oil to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Drop in the citronella essential oil, along with the tea tree and lavender essential oils if using.
  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle using a funnel.
